It appears that having great charm is the most important criteria for being recruited in indian intelligence agencies, and in reality many of these officials are extremely dishonest, greedy and corrupt. They have the most amazing double standards of honesty, if they want to destroy the life of an innocent person, they will make up fake stories without any proof at all.
On the other hand, if their own friends or relatives are involved in very great frauds, the same officials will ignore and sometimes ensure that their friends and relatives are rewarded with permanent R&AW/CBI jobs.
Due to the emphasis on personal charm, verbal communication skills and lack of professionalism in indian intelligence agencies, these top officials are getting away with their fraud and their victim finds it difficult to get justice.
